Shipping Q&A (❁´◡`❁)

☆ pls keep in mind that I am only one person running my art business & I am working extra hard to bring you cute things! ☆



Q: Where is my package? 

A: Each package is sent with a usps tracking number unless stated (mostly small orders such as stickers will be sent with domestic shipping.) Please check your email for your tracking number. 


Q: What if I haven't gotten a tracking number yet? 

A: You will receive 2-3 separate emails when you order from me, 1 will be your confirmation email along with your order number. The 2nd email will come within a few days from your order date (allow up to 2 weeks), It will hold your tracking number & the possible 3rd will also be an update to your original email. If after 2 weeks you still haven't received anything please reach out to me via my site. 


Q: I got my order and something is missing/wrong, what do I do? 

A: Please reach out to me via the contact button at the bottom of my site, Please include your order # along with what you received and what you are missing or with the issue with order. Please allow up to 48 hours for an email reply before re-sending your email.


Q: How much is shipping? How long does it take? 

A: Shipping rates change depending on the weight of a product, as a small business I get little to no discount on my shipping prices but I try to reasonably price my items so that shipping is cheap. 

Shipping can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks due to COVID times may be delayed further. Shipping length differs depending on your location and local Postal service schedule.  Please know that once a package is in the hands of USPS I no longer hold responsibility for the delivery of the package nor do I have any control over the delivery process. Please refer your tracking number to get a more accurate shipping date. 


Q: What if I want to order something for someone else? Can I get it delivered to them? 

A: Of course! I'd love to help you gift something to someone special! Please provide all of their information in the shipping section of your checkout EXCEPT for their email. Please leave a note in the "notes box" during checkout letting me know that it is a gift and any message you'd like me to include on their order card!
